Mei shu sheng huo (Arts & Life) was a pictorial magazine published in Shanghai in the 1930s. Its content ranged from celebrity news, arts and culture, politics and current affairs, and society news. A premium quality full-colour publication, it exemplifies the aesthetic and cultural life of metropolitan Shanghai at that time, and was notable for its distinguished editorial boards.
